Tommy Europe is best known as the tough love television host of the "The Last 10 Pounds Bootcamp", and "Bulging Brides." Tommy is an award-winning fitness coach and founder of "Tommy Europe Fitness".
As the country's most in-demand fitness expert, Tommy is famous for his no excuses, SHRED training approach. Tommy grins as he explains, "Don't talk about it, BE about it!"
Voted as "Best Personal Trainer" in the Annual Best of Vancouver reader's choice poll on three different occasions, Tommy's unique approach of empowering can-do encouragement, no-excuses dedication, and over two decades of expertise creates the perfect combination for success.
Tommy earned his fitness credentials in the school of very hard knocks - as a professional football player. Tommy achieved the title of two-time all-star defensive back in the Canadian Football League, playing with the Montreal Alouettes, Winnipeg Blue Bomber and BC Lions. His 11 year football career included winning the Grey Cup and earning a shot in the NFL with the New Orleans Saints. In September 2010, he was inducted into the BC Sports Hall of Fame with the BC Lions team.
Tommy's athletic background and over 20 years of experience as a Master trainer inspired him to develop his transformational SHRED Training Philosophy that is at the heart of all his programs.
